Your tasks at Roche Diagnostics:

• Independent organization and freight forwarding
• Processing of shipping orders
• Dangerous goods processing according to valid ADR and IATA guidelines
• System-technical
• Posting in various IT programs
• Cargo space disposition for different transport routes
• Creating, processing, and deregistering deliveries and transport orders in various SAP programs
• Completing and processing forwarding documents with waybill numbers, invoices, permits, and various declarations
• Issuing and processing customs documents
• Processing of other goods shipments domestically and abroad
• Other activities arising in logistics

What you should bring as a Shipping / Logistics Clerk m/f/d:

• Very good SAP knowledge
• Vocational training: Specialist for warehouse logistics, warehouse worker, office clerk, office communication clerk, IT system clerk, or comparable
• Good English language skills (B1)
• Sound experience in logistics and in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
