Your tasks at Roche Diagnostics:

• You are responsible for the development and conception of measurement technology for sensor systems to determine diabetes-related parameters.
• You coordinate the requirements for measurement technology with other departments (e.g., electronics, software, etc.) and monitor their implementation in the project.
• You create documentation in accordance with official and internal project guidelines and are also available as a contact person for interface tasks.
• You set up suitable simulation environments and continuously compare test results with simulations, adjusting the models accordingly.
• You contribute your findings to the development of new detection methods in close cooperation with sensor developers.
• In addition, you coordinate the implementation of various testing procedures and support the corresponding qualifications and validations.

What you should bring as a Development Engineer Measurement Technology – Medical Technology m/f/d:

• Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences
• At least 5 years of professional experience in research and development as well as in the development of medical technology products or in the field of measurement technology, as well as experience in documentation in a regulated environment and knowledge of the regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• You are characterized by excellent knowledge of hardware- and software-related control and measurement technology regarding its application in electrochemistry and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Ideally, you have experience in the conception and layout of electronic circuits
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• German skills are desirable
