Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager with experience and advanced training to lead and execute internal audits, assess risks, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning: Design and execute internal audit plans that cover all critical aspects of the company.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks for the organization.
• Process Review: Analyze and review internal processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare and present detailed audit reports to: general management and senior management.
• Follow-up on Recommendations: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure compliance.
• Visits to restaurants and different areas of the company: Availability to visit and audit the different work centers of the company.

Candidate Profile:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in internal or external audit roles.
• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in auditing standards and norms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial and operational data with precision.
• Communication Skills: Excellent skills for writing reports and presenting findings to senior management.

• Age: between 30 and 45 years old
