Application Technician (m/f/d) Geobuilding Materials Department (Engineer - Landscape Architecture)

How you can contribute:

• You process technical customer inquiries, particularly with regard to the function and sustainability of our products
• You enjoy advising on environmentally friendly solutions and actively contribute to a better future
• You support sales in project ventures and act as a technical interface between sales and manufacturing
• Your tasks include the technical support of projects in the areas of green roofs and rainwater management
• You are also in close exchange with our existing customers and are also involved in the acquisition of new business relationships
• Additionally, you create technical documentation and are responsible for application-related questions
• You bring the necessary willingness to travel for customer appointments and project coordination

This is the profile we are looking for:

• You have completed training in horticulture/landscaping, experience as a construction manager (m/f/d), or a degree in, e.g., landscape architecture, environmental technology, or civil engineering (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have commercial knowledge and are characterized by a strong customer orientation
• You are proficient in using MS-Office, ERP, and CDM and have good written and spoken English skills
• You also bring knowledge in structural engineering, civil engineering, horticulture and landscaping, road and infrastructure construction, and/or water and sewage construction
• Geotechnical expertise and a willingness to perform field service activities round off your profile
• You provide competent advice to engineering offices, on-site at construction sites, construction companies, and in wholesale
