AI Developer (LLM & Model Training)

Role: Senior AI Engineer (LLM, GenAI & Model Training) Location:  Central, Singapore Employment Type:  Perm About the role We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, GenAI technologies, and machine learning models. This role covers the full AI lifecycle, including workflow automation, RAG development, agentic AI,  model training , and production deployment. Key responsibilities Build AI-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows

Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems

Train, fine-tune, and optimise AI/ML models for business use cases

Develop prompts, tool-calling workflows, and AI integrations

Integrate AI solutions into products and business systems using Python and APIs

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability

About you 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering including Machine Learning,

Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and AI agents

Experience in model training, fine-tuning, or machine learning development

Strong Python skills and experience working with AI frameworks

Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
