Let's talk about the position In a context of structuring and increasing the maturity of Quality, Safety, and CSR approaches, we are recruiting our future QHSE Manager M/F. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive the company's Quality & HSE strategy to guarantee the safety of people, the compliance of our products, and the efficiency of our processes. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our industrial performance and the deployment of the Safety First culture across the entire site. After an integration period allowing you to discover our products, our processes, and our teams, your main missions will be:

• Define and deploy the Quality & HSE strategy in line with the company's orientations.
• Manage the Quality, HSE, Final Control, and Homologation teams.
• Guarantee the compliance of delivered products and drive quality performance indicators, notably FTQ.
• Supervise the processing of customer complaints, internal non-conformities, and supplier performance.
• Ensure the maintenance and improvement of Quality, Safety, and Environment management systems.
• Drive risk prevention processes, audits, and associated action plans.
• Supervise vehicle homologation activities and guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Ensure regular reporting to Management and support teams in a continuous improvement approach.

Professional mastery of English is indispensable.

With a higher education background in Quality, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, Production, or equivalent, you have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in quality and team management roles. Equipped with solid experience in industrial quality and HSE, you know how to unite teams, drive performance, and support change within a continuous improvement logic.
