UX/UI Designer for Husqvarna
Now we are looking for a UX/UI Designer for Husqvarna. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with development teams, users, and other designers in a modern, agile environment where you will help develop the digital solutions of the future.
About the role As a UX/UI Designer, you will become part of Husqvarna's global design organization and work closely with a dedicated team consisting of UX, UI, and HMI designers. You will become an important part of the agile development teams where you collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are translated into value-creating solutions. You will report to a responsible manager within the design organization who is located at various sites across the country.
Your profile We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and has a genuine interest in understanding user needs. You enjoy collaborating with different competencies and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders. To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured and analytical. You have strong personal drive, take responsibility for your deliveries, and dare to ask questions to find the best solutions. We also see that you are communicative and enjoy presenting ideas, anchoring design decisions, and working user-centered throughout the entire development process.
Requirements for the position:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Post-secondary education in UX, interaction design, industrial design, or a similar field.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious for the position:
- Experience of UX/UI design throughout the entire development process, from user insights and research to prototypes, user testing, and finished products.
- Experience of working user-centered with wireframes, prototypes, and MVP development.
- Experience of driving design work in cross-functional teams and agile development environments.
- Experience of consumer-facing products, digital services, or solutions that combine hardware, software, and services.
- Experience of facilitating workshops, leading design processes, as well as creating engagement and collaboration between different stakeholders.

For this position, you will be employed through Framtiden, which means you will receive full support and resources from our team. The position starts immediately and extends until the end of the year. After the turn of the year, there may be opportunities for extension of the assignment and increased employment percentage.
