Software Lead to a global tech company in Finspång!

Here, you will step into an entirely new role where you are responsible for structuring, coordinating, and further developing in-house developed measurement software used by hundreds of users worldwide.

About the role You will become part of a group working with advanced measurement systems for the development and testing of gas turbines. The group is responsible for an in-house developed measurement software used for data collection, analysis, and communication in test environments. The software has grown rapidly and is currently used globally by an increasing number of users.

As Software Lead, you will have a project management role where you drive the development process forward, coordinate various initiatives, and ensure that development, releases, and priorities are handled in a structured manner. You will work closely with developers, measurement engineers, and users to create clarity and direction in the work.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and coordinate the development of the company's in-house developed measurement software.
• Drive structure, processes, and priorities within the development work.
• Collaborate with users, developers, and technical specialists.
• Follow up on projects, resources, and budget.
• Participate in technical discussions and development issues.

We are looking for you who have:

• A university engineering degree or YH education in information systems, computer science, or similar.
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working with software releases.
• Experience working in development flows of commercial software.
• Programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, or LabVIEW.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.
