Project Manager within Supply Chain & Operations

We are now seeking a Project Manager within Supply Chain & Operations for a leading international industrial group in the Gothenburg area. About the role As a Project Manager, you will become an important part of a function responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy within Supply Chain & Logistics. The role involves close collaboration with several business areas, product categories, and international teams.

You will lead and drive strategic programs and projects linked to Supply Chain and logistics, where the focus lies on ensuring successful implementations, creating engagement in the organization, and driving change management in a global environment.

Your responsibilities:

Drive and implement strategic initiatives within Supply Chain and logistics.

Lead projects linked to system implementations, process development, and change management.

Coordinate and synchronize work between different functions and teams internationally.

Conduct analyses and mappings to identify areas for improvement and prioritize efforts.

Ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals and schedules.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

Plan, design, test, and implement new ways of working and processes.

Your profile: Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in project management or an equivalent role within Supply Chain, logistics, or operations.

Higher education from a college or university in, for example, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

Good understanding of planning and IT systems linked to Supply Chain.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
