About the role As a Quality Technician at Advantek, you will become an important part of the quality department where you work to ensure that the company's products meet high quality requirements. You will have a central role in the daily quality work and collaborate closely with production, technicians, and engineers to identify deviations and ensure an efficient manufacturing process.
The role combines work at a measurement station and computer with practical elements out in production. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical understanding while building experience in quality work within an international and high-tech operation.
The tasks include, among other things:
- Conducting quality controls and measurements of products
- Performing visual inspections and quality assessments
- Ensuring that products meet the correct dimensions and tolerances according to drawings
- Identifying, analyzing, and following up on deviations
- Collaborating with production, technicians, and engineers
- Reporting and documenting quality results
- Handling and sorting materials that require further quality assessment
Requirements We are looking for you who have a YH-education or other post-secondary education in, for example, mechanical engineering, production technology, quality technology, industrial economics, electronics, or other related technical fields. You have good knowledge of reading drawings and feel comfortable interpreting technical documentation to ensure that products meet set quality requirements.
Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, have a B-driver's license, and have the possibility to work on-site in Laxå.
The role suits both those who are recent graduates and those who have previously worked in the manufacturing industry.
Merit:
- Experience or knowledge in plastic molding
- Experience with measuring machines or visual quality assessment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
