Junior Traceability Data analyst

About the role

As a Junior Traceability Data Analyst, you will become part of the Digital Infrastructure team within Global Data Solutions. The team is responsible for the data that makes it possible to track Husqvarna's products throughout their entire lifecycle, from factory and supplier to end customer.

This is a junior role where you will have the opportunity to develop long-term. You will work closely with experienced colleagues within traceability and digitalization while gradually building up your own competence in the field. The goal is that in the long run, you will become a key person in the team.

The role is broad and combines data analysis, problem-solving, coordination, and business development. You will investigate data problems, analyze information flows, and collaborate with both factories, suppliers, and internal functions all over the world.

Tasks

In the role, you will among other things:

Handle and investigate support cases linked to product and serial number data.

Analyze data quality and identify deviations, errors, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with factories and suppliers to solve data-related problems.

Follow up on data and ensure that the information is correct and complete.

Work in Power BI and Excel to analyze and visualize data.

Contribute to the development of new processes, working methods, and guidelines regarding data management.

Requirements

Higher education or university education in, for example, Datateknik, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.

Experience in data analysis through work, internship, thesis, or studies.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Knowledge of API:er, REST, and JSON.

Experience with or understanding of Power BI and data visualization.

Fluent English in speech and writing.

Meritous

Experience from the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of traceability systems or master data management.

Swedish in speech and writing.
