Your main missions:

As a quality coordinator, you are the guarantor of taking into account customer and internal requirements from industrialization to the delivery of manufactured products.

By placing nuclear safety and security as a priority in your activities, you ensure the compliance monitoring of products.

By respecting standards and requirements, you understand and demonstrate your personal responsibility regarding the behaviors and work practices that support nuclear safety/quality.

By maintaining an inquisitive attitude, you identify deviations likely to lead to errors or inappropriate actions.

You provide support to the scheduling / planning department in establishing inspection notifications for customers and safety organizations while being their preferred contact in case of need.

You establish and verify the compliance of inspection reports with the applicable requirements and codes for the various manufacturing processes.

As the guarantor of product quality throughout manufacturing, you establish the part tracking document (DSI / DSR).

In the event of a quality event, you manage the problem processing in SAP and the traveler sheet from opening to closure. You will be required to write technical treatments and action plans and validate their execution.

You implement the summons or hold points required by the customer or safety organization.

You compile, manage, and archive all the documentation required to establish the end-of-manufacturing report, including the declaration of conformity that you will draft.

You will be required to verify the similar activities of other quality coordinators.

You are:

Training / Course:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum
• Position subject to internal qualification

Experience / Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in industry

Technical skills / Technical skills:

• Technical and metallurgical knowledge, processes (if possible forging, heat treatments, machining), destructive and non-destructive testing, dimensional, traceability, Quality
• Experience in the nuclear sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality tools (5P, QQOQCP, Pareto, 5M.)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, 8D/A3, Amdec
• Knowledge of visual management methods and tools
