- Proven experience in PU Footwear Production Management.
- Strong knowledge of PU Pouring / Direct Injection processes.
- Experience with Gusbi machinery is highly preferred, Desma machinery or other types are also welcome.
- Familiarity with Huntsman PU systems (Smart Lite or similar lightweight technologies) is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement.
