For our growing online shop, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person to support our sales team. We are exclusively looking for individuals who already reside in Germany; we do not provide accommodation.

Your tasks:

• Advising customers via chat, email, or telephone
• Processing orders and inquiries
• Maintaining product descriptions and article data
• Supporting sales promotions and daily tasks in the shop
• Friendly and professional customer service

Your profile:

• Good English skills in speaking and writing (German skills not required or intermediate level)
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of using a PC and online systems
• Friendly demeanor and solution-oriented thinking
