Talent Acquisition Partner - Embedded - Financial Services - US/Canada

About the company

We're supporting a global financial services business looking for an experienced, hands-on recruiter on an embedded contract basis.

Your tasks

The assignment will focus primarily on volume recruitment across junior to mid-level positions (entry-level to approximately five years' experience), with some occasional senior hiring.

Hiring areas include fund administration, accounting, loan administration, payments, KYC and related financial services functions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or closely related sectors.
• Experience delivering volume recruitment across relevant operational and professional functions.
• Previous in-house, embedded or RPO experience preferred.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly and deliver with minimal ramp-up time.
• Familiarity with US recruitment markets, particularly Chicago, Indianapolis or Salt Lake City, would be beneficial.

What we offer

Initial 4–6 month contract, ideally commencing in November. Monthly B2B fee dependent on experience.
