Your tasks

About the Role The company is seeking a full-stack engineer to build and scale core product systems, working across frontend, backend, and data pipelines. The role offers significant ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and product development.

• Build end-to-end features using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Own projects from design through deployment and optimization.
• Make architectural decisions and develop scalable systems.
• Maintain code quality through testing and reviews.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years preferred

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally at a startup.
• Strong Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js skills.
• First-principles problem-solving and end-to-end ownership.
• Strong product or systems thinking.
• Experience scaling systems or contributing to a fast-growing company.
• Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco five days per week.
• Logistics experience is a plus.

What we offer

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

Equity: 0.3%–0.7%
