Your tasks

About the Role The company is hiring a Senior Product Engineer with strong engineering skills and exceptional product judgment. The role involves building products on top of an AI platform, with end-to-end ownership across backend systems, integrations, and user-facing applications.

• Build and own products end to end, from initial concept to production.
• Develop backend services, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing applications.
• Improve AI agent reliability through evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Identify customer problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions independently, without relying on detailed specifications.
• Use modern AI coding tools and agent technologies to accelerate development.
• Contribute to product direction and technical strategy as the company grows.

Requirements

Experience: 3–8 years

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and launching successful products from scratch, ideally as a founder or early-stage startup engineer. They should be comfortable identifying opportunities, making independent product decisions, and delivering solutions in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.

• Proven success building and launching products from zero to one; founder experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong end-to-end engineering capabilities across backend and frontend development.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/React, Go, or similar technologies.
• Solid cloud infrastructure experience, particularly AWS, and familiarity with infrastructure as code.
• Strong product sense and the ability to make effective UX decisions.
• Practical understanding of AI coding assistants, frontier models, and agent architectures.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems, work autonomously, and take ownership of outcomes.

Salary: $200,000–$400,000
