Your tasks

About the Role The company is hiring backend engineers with strong product judgment to build and scale its platform. Engineers will have end-to-end ownership of product development, from understanding customer needs to making product decisions and shipping solutions.

• Build and scale backend systems.
• Own product development from concept to deployment.
• Conduct customer research and make product decisions.
• Reduce technical debt and improve customer onboarding.
• Research, experiment with, and implement emerging AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with company leadership on product and technical strategy.

Requirements

Experience: 2–7 years

• Strong computer science or related engineering degree.
• Excellent backend engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building products from scratch or scaling early-stage systems.
• Strong product and UX judgment.
• Ability to work independently without detailed product specifications.
• Fast learning and strong execution.
• Experience developing AI-powered products.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–7 years of professional experience.
• Early-stage startup or strong technology company background.
• Proven ability to build and ship products independently.
• Strong engineering skills combined with product ownership.
• High motivation and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What we offer

Salary: $185,000–$250,000

Equity: 0.5%–1.25%
