Your tasks

About the Role The company is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale the core platform infrastructure from the ground up. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, security, reliability, and enterprise deployment capabilities.

Engineers will take ownership of foundational systems, improve infrastructure performance, and help advance AI-powered developer tools and workflows.

• Build and maintain core platform infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Develop infrastructure as code, primarily using Terraform and AWS.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, security, and observability.
• Build foundational platform capabilities, including code search, authentication, sandboxing, and orchestration.
• Develop automated deployment systems across multiple customer environments.
• Manage networking, VPNs, firewall rules, and connectivity with customer infrastructure.
• Support enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements.
• Improve developer experience and engineering productivity through AI-powered tools and workflows.

Requirements

Experience: 3–8 years

• Strong experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, backend systems, distributed systems, DevOps, or security engineering.
• Hands-on production experience with Terraform and strong AWS knowledge.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VPCs, VPNs, IAM, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/React, or Go.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve unfamiliar technical problems independently.
• Interest in AI-driven development workflows and improving developer productivity.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.
• AI/LLM experience is beneficial but not required.
