The work includes AI/ML, software engineering and other specialist technical roles, often requiring recruiters to get into relatively niche technical markets and build targeted pipelines rather than rely on inbound applications. We have recruiters embedded into the business and working closely with internal Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
