Customer sales

Your tasks

• Identify and Generate new customer leads through calls, messages, referrals, online & other channels.
• Contact/Onboard potential customers and explain FR8's services.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers for first 3 loads.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations, service details, and relevant information with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely closure.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and customer requirements.
