Technical Writer (m/f/d) in Shipbuilding – Focus on ILS (Engineer - Mechanical Engineering)

Your tasks:

• Creation of technical documentation in compliance with all quality standards, also in the area of ILS (Integrated Logistics Support)
• Checking and ensuring the technical, formal, and linguistic correctness of the created texts and illustrations
• Interface to internal specialist departments as well as clients and subcontractors
• Participation in planning and scheduling meetings

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or technical studies, further training as a Technical Writer (m/f/d) is desirable
• Several years of experience in technical documentation as well as in the ILS area or LSA in the maritime industry
• Affinity for complex and technical subject matter
• Knowledge in the area of ASD S1000D and S2000M
• Proven English skills in speaking and writing, also in technical communication
• High IT affinity and very good knowledge of the MS Office package are required
• Planned, analytical, and structured way of working
