Team Leader (m/f/d) Shipbuilding (Technician - Shipbuilding Technology)

To support our team for the Shipbuilding product division, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Shipbuilding.

Your tasks at Fassmer

• Leadership and personnel resource planning of the employees assigned to the trade
• Monitoring production deadlines in cooperation with production planning
• Management of external companies for production-relevant assignments
• Coordination of processes for the completion of assigned sub-areas in shipbuilding, taking into account the specified deadlines, quality requirements, and costs
• Responsibility for quality inspection, including the performance of acceptances in the assigned sub-areas
• Monitoring and ensuring environmental protection guidelines and occupational safety at the sites to be managed
• Design, development, and implementation of KVP processes

What you bring with you

• Completed technical vocational training, or Technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding
• Good written and spoken English skills in the specialist field
• Independent and committed way of working
• High degree of quality awareness and assertiveness
• Leadership strength, effective communication across different hierarchical levels, and teamwork skills
• Class B driver's license
