Solution Architect (Backend & Microservices)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of backend microservices, bi-directional data synchronisation services, and RESTful APIs. The role involves providing technical guidance, supporting API architecture and integration design, and ensuring solutions align with established technical standards. Key Responsibilities Design and support backend integration architecture and API contracts. Provide technical guidance for developing bi-directional data synchronisation microservices. Oversee the development and integration of approximately 80 RESTful API endpoints. Define and review microservices architecture and integration patterns. Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes. Collaborate with developers and technical leads to ensure solution quality. Ensure backend services comply with internal architecture and technical standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development or integration architecture. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Experience with OpenAPI specifications and API gateway technologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience designing scalable backend systems and integration solutions. Ability to provide technical guidance and ensure architecture compliance.
