SL2614 - Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and application of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks that may impact team productivity and delivery.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.

Timeline Management and Coordination

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address potential delays or obstacles to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and end-to-end delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, timelines, and competing priorities to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
