Project Manager – Supply Chain

Manufacturing sector company is looking for talent to join as Project Manager, responsible for coordinating and following up on projects related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, timelines, costs, and customer requirements.

Main responsibilities

• Manage projects during their different stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing.
• Define and follow up on scope, deliverables, milestones, and project schedule.
• Develop and monitor work plans, Gantt charts, and critical paths.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings with internal teams, customers, and international teams.
• Follow up on activities, responsible parties, and commitment dates through Action Trackers.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and presentations for customers, stakeholders, and management.
• Identify, analyze, and follow up on project risks, problems, and changes.
• Coordinate resources and follow up on costs, budget, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Follow up on purchases, suppliers, and quotation processes.
• Coordinate requirements between the involved areas and serve as a liaison with customers and teams from Asia.
• Participate in NPI and continuous improvement projects.
• Facilitate communication between different areas to ensure the fulfillment of project objectives.
• Follow up on indicators, documentation, lessons learned, and project closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, Supply Chain, planning, or manufacturing.
• Advanced English, indispensable for communication with international teams.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Trello, Zoho, or similar.
• Experience in developing and monitoring schedules, KPIs, budgets, and action plans.
• Knowledge of predictive and/or agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of NPI, risk analysis, and problem-solving.
• Desirable knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plan.
• Desirable experience with RFI, RFQ, RFP, SOW, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Availability to travel.
