Industrial Engineer - With experience

We are looking for your talent as a FULL-TIME INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER with experience. Job Objective: Lead strategic projects focused on capacity, productivity, layout design, and cost reduction, applying Industrial Engineering methodologies to maximize operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities Continuous Improvement and Lean: Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and cost reduction (Cost Reduction) projects. Design and Distribution: Design optimal layouts and execute automation projects in production lines. Operational Planning: Perform capacity planning (Capacity Planning), line balancing, forecast estimation, and manpower calculation (manpower). Visual Management and Reporting: Prepare executive dashboards and present key results to management. Leadership and Mentoring: Provide follow-up, development, and mentoring to Jr. engineers in the area.

• Profile Requirements Experience: 2 to 5 years in similar positions within the industrial / manufacturing sector. Intermediate English Language Technical Knowledge Required: Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. AutoCAD (plant design and redistribution). Advanced Excel and Power BI (data analysis and metrics).
