IT Support Engineer

Your tasks

• Job Objective: Provide technical support to floor control systems and end users, ensuring operational continuity, timely incident response, and continuous improvement of technological processes within the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. Basic-intermediate English. Minimum 1 year of experience in floor control systems support. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux). Basic knowledge of PL/SQL. Experience in end-user support. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Skills for analysis, problem-solving, and documentation. Focus on continuous improvement. Interest and passion for process automation. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to manufacturing and floor control systems. Diagnosis and solution of incidents related to hardware, software, and network. Document incidents, solutions, and implemented improvements. Follow up on tickets and support requests. Support the implementation of improvements and process automation.
