- Experience in line balancing, capacity analysis, and standard times.
- Management of process documentation and manufacturing instructions.
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001), EHS, and production processes.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to production lines to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Coordinate new product introduction (NPI), pilot testing, and engineering changes.
- Analyze process capacities, standard times, and line balancing.
- Prepare and update technical documentation and work instructions.
- Define tools, equipment, and materials necessary for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering areas to resolve manufacturing problems.
- Train technical personnel and new engineers.
- Follow up on performance, quality, capacity, and productivity indicators.
