Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Manager with extensive experience in comprehensive payroll administration and compliance with labor and tax obligations. You will be responsible for leading the organization's payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, compliance with current legislation, and the implementation of improvements that optimize the area's efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the complete payroll process.
• Guarantee compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and ISR).
• Coordinate hires, terminations, salary modifications, incidents, settlements, and liquidations.
• Supervise the calculation and payment of benefits, taxes, and employer-employee contributions.
• Lead the Payroll team, ensuring compliance with the area's objectives and indicators.
• Implement internal controls and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and Audit areas to ensure correct payroll administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration and at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience managing high-volume personnel rosters, preferably in manufacturing companies.
• Solid knowledge of the Ley Federal del Trabajo, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, ISR, SUA, IDSE, and CFDI de Nómina.
• Proficiency in payroll systems
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate English
