Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Follow up on order status and maintain constant communication with the customer.
• Analyze forecast, trends, and demand variations.
• Confirm delivery dates and follow up on commitment fulfillment (OTD).
• Coordinate priorities with Production Planning for order release.
• Participate in the preparation and follow-up of the production plan.
• Coordinate shipping plans and address requirements from the Traffic and ITC areas.
• Manage invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with the Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, Warehouse, and Distribution areas to ensure supply and delivery fulfillment.
• Identify and communicate risks that may affect shipping plans or committed dates.
• Prepare shipping, invoicing, and follow-up reports for customers and internal areas.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fulfillment Analyst or in a similar position.
• Intermediate Excel (advanced desirable).
• Intermediate English (candidates with basic English will be valued subject to evaluation).
• Knowledge of Project Management principles (desirable).
