We are a manufacturing company in the electronics sector.
We are looking for your talent as an EXPORT ANALYST (ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE IS INDISPENSABLE) with experience.
OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the legal and logistical departure of goods from the country of origin to various international destinations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing times and costs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in international business, commerce, or related fields.
- Intermediate - Advanced English. (Indispensable)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in exports, international distribution, logistics, and warehouses (Verifiable)
- ERP management (Sap, Oracle, Ban, etc.)
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Office software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control of physical and logical inventory and material flow
- Follow-up on orders and billing processes
- Coordination with carriers and customs agents
- Shipment of materials
- Shipment reports
- Follow-up on shipments until delivery at destination
- Compliance with customs laws and requirements for export
- General knowledge of export requirements to U.S.
- Teamwork, sense of urgency, systems management, management and control of records, initiative, order processing follow-up.
WORKING DAY.
Afternoon shift: from 15:00 to 22:30 hrs, Monday to Saturday.
WORK ZONE.
Planta Plataforma Park, Planta Vesta (depending on project and schedule).
