Inventory Control Analyst

At Foxconn, we are looking for an Inventory Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct administration and control of materials, guaranteeing inventory availability for the operation and contributing to the fulfillment of production plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels to guarantee material availability.
• Analyze movements, consumption, and inventory trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Follow up on aged materials and develop actions to avoid obsolescence or surpluses.
• Manage information in SAP and production control systems.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and analysis using Excel.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Purchasing areas to ensure the accuracy of records.
• Participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Present results and indicators to leadership and management teams.
• Support the execution of strategies to optimize material flow and control.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, materials, or production planning within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP (desirable).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reports).
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventories, and material control.
• Availability to work on-site.
