Customs Agent

An Import Agent in the field of customs is required for a role involving responsibility for the routine handling and operation of import processes and working with various entities locally and abroad.

The role includes:

• Routine handling of import files - opening files, receiving and updating ETA notices with brands, and tracking shipment arrivals.
• Handling shipment release processes and routine conduct with customs brokers, forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
• Routine work with מכון התקנים and handling the required approvals within the import processes.
• Tracking shipment status and providing routine updates to relevant parties.
• Working with various internal interfaces, including Procurement, Finance, Trade, and Logistics.
• Managing tasks independently alongside working as part of a team.

• Familiarity and experience in the field of customs and shipment release processes – significant advantage.
• Previous experience in the import field – advantage.
• Familiarity with working with מכון התקנים and regulatory bodies – advantage.
• High level of English, including reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory.
• Good command of Excel – advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team and with multiple interfaces.
• Order, organization, responsibility, and ability to track and monitor.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Conditions

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00.
• Location: Group offices in Airport City.
