Internship Business Development Foursource Prime (m/f/d)

To pursue our growth and market strategy, we are looking for an Intern Global Business Development (m/f/d) in our Hamburg office. You will directly support customer onboarding and account management, helping us track and improve the sourcing journey for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

Support intake and qualification of inbound sourcing requests across accounts, from initial project setup to spec completeness and data entry

Manage the pipeline from inquiry to order for smaller accounts — flagging delays or drop-offs and feeding learnings back to management

Follow up with buyers and suppliers during sampling and pricing stages to prevent stalled projects

Support onboarding of new platform customers, ensuring smooth first-use experience and early activation

Support structured data collection (factories, pricing benchmarks, lead times) to improve sourcing accuracy over time

Assist in preparing account-specific materials (buyer decks, pricing comparisons)

Take over ad-hoc research (target verticals, competitor benchmarking, factory sourcing options)

You come with:

Ideally finished bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, communication, or textile

Outgoing and extremely engaging personality

Good project management skills with a "hands-on" approach

Comfortable working with structured data and tracking tools (Excel/CRM-level, no coding required)

Independent, responsible, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment

Ideally experience in digital solutions, fashion, or sourcing

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
