Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations across the Group. Prepare and consolidate financial statements and management accounts. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Analyse financial performance. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Maintain financial controls, coordinate audits, and ensure tax and statutory compliance. Prepare analysis for management and the Board, mentor junior staff, and support ERP improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; ICAN/ACCA/ACA or equivalent. 5–8 years' progressive experience, preferably in a group, consulting, technology, or multi-entity environment. Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting experience. Sound knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax requirements, ERP, and advanced Excel proficiency. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills.
