About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more.

The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones.

The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more.

About the Role

As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing works across Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and associated resort facilities. Your role is essential in maintaining the aesthetic excellence and luxury presentation standards expected at Four Seasons.

You will work closely with the Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure all interior and exterior surfaces are professionally finished, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out painting and finishing works across Golf Villas and Resort Residences

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming before painting

Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures

Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all finishing works

Perform touch-ups and corrective painting as required

Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of painted surfaces

Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards

Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping teams for scheduled works

Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in clean and safe condition

Report any defects, damage, or maintenance issues promptly

Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Area of Responsibility

Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and all associated Engineering and back-of-house facilities across the resort.

What You Bring

High school diploma or vocational training in painting or finishing preferred

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a painter, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential environments

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic communication skills in English

Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting and standing for long periods

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
