Your tasks

• Prepare for the shift, maintain Symphony, printers, guest checks and folders to ensure sufficient stock and preparedness
• Prepare the float for the department
• Meet, greet and bid farewell to guests according to standards
• Open and close the cash bill
• Enter all data correctly in Symphony
• Ensure that all transactions are correct
• Ensure best practice and continuously seek to improve existing standards and procedures and communicate the same to the managers
• Ensure financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verify correctness of invoices and guest checks
• Keep workplace tidy and clean at all times, maintain personal hygiene
• Actively take part in food and beverage support requirements
• Adhere to and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Strong administrative abilities; knowledge of different food and beverage and hotel software is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
