Multichannel Support Tech Agent B2+ NEW CLIENT !! What will you do with us? You will provide specialized and high-quality technical assistance to users of equipment and printers from a leading global brand. You will resolve technical incidents, network configurations, installations, and inquiries regarding complementary software, ensuring an outstanding experience. You will focus primarily on telephone management, complemented by written channels such as tickets and chats, including cross-sales opportunities. Profile we are looking for: English Level: B2+ (advanced conversational and written). Experience: Minimum 6 months performing in customer service through calls. Skills: Minimum typing speed of 32 words per minute (WPM). Modality: 100% on-site in Bogotá (located at Calle 165 45/46, Toberín). Compensation and Salary Package: Contract: Indefinite term. Schemes according to your availability and shift: Training: Base salary of $2,295,000 + Transport allowance $249,095. Production: Base salary of $2,550,000 + Transport allowance $249,095. WEEKENDS OFF. ALWAYS! Growth possibilities! New and expanding campaign. Exclusive Benefits (On-Site): Food bonus: $100,000 monthly applies starting from the fourth month of tenure, paid in arrears in the fifth month.
