Role Description:

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers requiring roadside assistance or membership service support.

• Answer incoming calls to customer service lines.
• Provide professional and competent assistance service.
• Successfully complete training and quality requirements.

Main Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma.
• High level of English (B2+).
• Residence in Bogotá.
• Availability to work on-site
• Colombian citizenship or work permit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
• Ability to communicate effectively, positively, and clearly.
