E-Commerce Specialist

In its in-house photo lab, the company offers numerous creative solutions for image processing and further processing. As a specialist for photo, video, audio, and consumer electronics, the company has relied on know-how and competent advice from expert employees since 1975. 1 E-Commerce Specialist or Marketing Assistant We are looking for a proactive team player with good social competence to strengthen our E-Commerce & Marketing team, starting immediately in full-time with 38.5 hours per week. Do you have good IT knowledge, an interest in implementing E-Commerce solutions, and an interest in photography? Then you could feel at home with us!

Your Tasks

º Launch and maintenance of products in the Online Shop

º Updating the homepage in terms of content and promotions

º Processing online orders and handling customer inquiries

º Preparation of image material and content for Newsletters & Social Media

º Implementation and evaluation of online marketing measures

º Close cooperation with our Head of E-Commerce Sales

º Participation in cross-departmental projects

º Creation of advertising media such as posters, advertisements, online banners, and various printed materials

Your Profile

º Completed commercial training or Matura

º High affinity for E-Commerce, the Internet, and online marketing

º Experience in using Adobe Photoshop CC & Adobe InDesign CC

º High degree of initiative as well as very good organizational skills

º Quick comprehension as well as precise and structured way of working

º High MS-Office skills

º Experience with shop systems (ideally Shopware) is an advantage, but not a requirement

º Good communication skills as well as strong service and customer orientation

º Interest in photography and videography

º Good English skills for exchange with our international customers
