Our Store Managers inspire and motivate their team to provide our guests with an extraordinary shopping experience. Through strategic recruitment, employee development, or also performance management (feedback, coaching, and employee appraisals), they contribute to ensuring that daily business is completed in a pleasant working atmosphere and that sales targets are achieved.

Who we are looking for

• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Organizational talent and a good understanding of numbers
• Ability to recognize priorities and an interest in figures
• Independent working style, good teamwork skills, and experience in delegating tasks
• High willingness to learn and to take on responsibility
• Strong service orientation, positive charisma, and a passion for fashion and lifestyle
• Good English skills and very good communication skills
