In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you are the link between the Store Manager and the team. Our Manager teams inspire and motivate their team to provide our guests with an exceptional shopping experience. Through strategic recruitment, employee development, or also performance management (feedback, coaching, and employee appraisals), they contribute to ensuring that daily business is completed in a pleasant working atmosphere and sales targets are achieved.
