What to expect

• You advise national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law – practical, solution-oriented, and at eye level.
• Versatile employment law issues challenge your strategic thinking – from complex negotiations to the procedural representation of our clients.
• You take on a leading role in the employment law team, actively shaping its further development and contributing your expertise in a targeted manner.
• Together with experienced colleagues from the employment law practice group, you work interdisciplinary and accompany companies through challenging employment law proceedings.
• You pass on your knowledge: through training, lectures, and seminars, you help shape employment law practice and contribute to the further development of German employment law.

What you bring to the role

• Completed legal examinations with above-average results
• Independent action, analytical thinking skills, and a methodical-structured and solution-oriented approach
• Specialist lawyer title (Fachanwaltstitel) in employment law and initial leadership experience are an advantage
• Interest in international mandates
• Very good written and spoken English skills
