What to expect

• You will advise on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate law restructurings, working closely with the responsible partners.
• As an Associate or Senior Associate – supported by a mentor – you will independently take on sub-projects throughout the entire transaction process, from Due Diligence to contract negotiations, closing, and Post-Merger-Integration.
• You will advise companies and entrepreneurs on transactions and corporate law issues and develop practical, high-quality solutions.
• As part of a Corporate/M&A team specialized in healthcare transactions, you will take on responsibility and specifically develop your advisory personality.
• At Forvis Mazars, you will become part of an interdisciplinary team with real opportunities to shape things, as well as room for training, development, and personal responsibility.

What you bring to the role

• Three years of relevant professional experience in or a profound interest in the field of Corporate/M&A
• Enjoyment of entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork, as well as a professional appearance towards demanding clients
• Two legal State Examinations, with at least one "vollbefriedigend" (fully satisfactory) in the first or second State Examination
• Very good written and spoken English
