Your tasks
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will join the Airbus Customer Service division, within the Retrofit Solution department.
Their main task will consist of helping sales teams produce service bulletins (SB).
SBs follow a defined process involving several stakeholders.
It is therefore essential to
- Ensure production planning and adherence to deadlines.
- Follow the actions and status of SBs throughout the production process.
- Identify risks and propose improvement opportunities to optimize processes.
The PMO will play a central role in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with deliverables, while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Customer Service, with specific knowledge of the service bulletin process.
- Autonomous, structured, and proactive in managing tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, consolidate, and prioritize information from various sources.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
