As part of the DELMIA R&D department of Dassault Systèmes, you will join the User Assistance Process & Service Engineering team as a Technical Writer, responsible for the documentation of DELMIA solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will develop the user assistance that will allow our users to benefit fully from our products. As the guarantor of the pedagogical, linguistic, and technical quality of our documentation, your role will be to define, create, and ensure the update of Dassault Systèmes' user guides. The team provides all the tools (guides, video tutorials, integrated assistance) necessary for the use and optimization of all DELMIA applications. This team works in collaboration with several other development teams in France and abroad (notably in India and the United States).

Your tasks

In direct relation with our development engineers, the quality service, and the support of our technical writing team, your main tasks will be:

• Design and write guides and documentary multimedia content, in compliance with applicable recommendations
• Structure and organize information intended for users according to a DITA XML architecture
• Leverage AI technologies to generate a first draft of documentary content
• Familiarize yourself with DELMIA applications in collaboration with developers

Your qualifications

• You are preparing for higher education of type Bac +5, specialty technical writing, multimedia
• Experience with XML DITA editing tools/software (XMetaL, Oxygen, MadCap Flare, .)
• Experience with Camtasia or other video production tools would be a plus
• Your writing skills and your mastery of technical writing principles and methods, combined with your analytical mind, will be assets for succeeding in this position. Your interest in the high-tech sector and software publishing will guarantee successful integration
• Rigor, autonomy, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position
• Mastery of English is indispensable (technical writing in English)
