This team assists customers in resolving complex technical issues, supports support teams internationally, and develops tools to improve the overall efficiency of support activities. In this context, you will contribute to the development of a tool utilizing log, configuration, and monitoring data from the CloudView solution to facilitate incident detection and diagnosis.
Your tasks You will collaborate with support and development teams to design and develop a diagnostic aid tool. Your tasks will include:
- Gathering and analyzing needs from the various teams involved in the project.
- Participating in the definition of the functional and technical specifications of the tool.
- Developing a solution to exploit data from CloudView (logs, configurations, monitoring).
- Performing the necessary tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of the solution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the tool and its documentation.
Your qualifications Currently in a Bac+4/5 in an engineering school or university, with a specialization in computer science or software engineering, and you are looking for a 6-month internship. You have:
- Solid knowledge in software development.
- An ability to understand and analyze complex technical issues.
- A good ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- A good level of English, both written and spoken.
