For more information, visit our site www.3ds.com/frRattaché(e) Reporting to the Geometry Idealization team of SIMULIA R&D, you will participate in a project aimed at making the functionalities of a geometric preparation software application accessible to Dassault Systèmes' artificial intelligence solutions. This application is used to prepare, simplify, and smooth 3D models before their use in physical simulations. In a context where artificial intelligence is transforming software development practices, the objective of the internship is to enable AI agents and tools to interact effectively with the functionalities developed by the Geometry Idealization team. You will contribute to the design and development of software components allowing the integration of these functionalities within the Dassault Systèmes AI ecosystem. You will work in an international working environment, collaborating with teams based in France, Germany, and the United States, where English is the daily working language.

Your tasks

You will participate in the design, development, and improvement of software components based on C++ technologies and artificial intelligence. Your tasks will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and components in C++.
• Participating in the integration of artificial intelligence models and functionalities within products and services.
• Optimizing the performance, robustness, and quality of the developed code.
• Collaborating with research, engineering, and product teams to transform innovations into operational solutions.
• Contributing to testing, validation, and technical documentation phases.
• Participating in needs analysis and the definition of suitable software architectures.

Your qualifications

Currently in a Master's level (Bac+5/4) in an engineering school or university, specializing in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field, you are looking for a 6-month internship. You have:

• Good mastery of the C++ language.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and software development.
• A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its industrial applications.
• Knowledge of best practices in software design, testing, and source code management.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and collaborative development tools.
• Ideally, a first experience in developing applications integrating artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.

Curious and autonomous by nature, you possess good analytical skills and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
