The world is how we shape it Job Description Based in Toulouse, Lyon, or Paris, the Solutions et Expertises Business Line is looking for Business-Functional Consultants to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) expertise hub to support our clients facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (transformation of maintenance/asset management processes & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), and the integration, deployment & support of their software packages in close relationship with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, ...). You will work within an environment that values expertise and digital transformation (IoT, AI and data) across various business contexts: Aeronautics, Transport, Energy, Defense and Security, Retail, Public Sector, etc. Your role and tasks: You frame and define Business strategies (understanding operational challenges, facilitating workshops with Business users and participating in strategic reflections, ...) You map the existing state (processes, data, roles) and define the operational target (processes, asset management, interventions, stocks, purchasing, planning) You participate in the construction of the Client roadmap (priorities, quick wins, governance, KPI, ...) You design innovative solutions in compliance with the product standard (studies/framing, design, documentation, test cases) You train key users/business users in change management (support) You integrate into a process of monitoring and innovation (Maintenance 5.0, IoT, AI and Cloud). Technical environment: Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source. Associated technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle). Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management. Qualifications You benefit from a good mastery of IBM Maximo Application Suite as well as associated technologies (IOT, Cloud, ERP). You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. You are proactive and speak English fluently. Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent with an orientation in Computer Science, you have at least 5 years in software package integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/GMAO) and significant experience as a technical architect.
